“Certified organic and closed with a screwcap, this Chardonnay is pure fruit. Granny Smith apple, pear, lemon zest and red grapefruit. There is no discernable oak. The wine has a wonderful silken texture on the palate. It’s extremely dry and crisp, and the aromas and flavors resonate on the finish. It’s perfect as an aperitif or accompaniment with seafood or chicken.”
